These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tooth Urgency platform, operated by Tooth Urgency (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Tooth Urgency provides online dental services through telehealth, including:
General video consultations
Emergency teledental access (as available)
Issuance of prescriptions (where clinically appropriate)
Secure online booking and payment
We do not provide in-person treatment or diagnostic imaging, and are not a replacement for physical examinations or emergency hospital care.
To use our platform, you must be:
Located in Australia, and
18 years or older, or
A parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a person under 18
We allow consultations for individuals under 18 only when:
A parent or legal guardian makes the booking
The guardian provides consent for service and data collection
The guardian attends or supervises the consultation
All post-consultation communications and prescriptions are directed to the guardian
By making a booking on behalf of a minor, you accept full responsibility for the child’s participation and agree to the collection of the child’s personal and health information.
We reserve the right to cancel consultations where consent is unclear or where a minor is unsupervised.
Our services are provided by AHPRA-registered dentists
Consultations are based on the information you provide
Our dentists offer professional clinical opinions, but outcomes are not guaranteed
In-person follow-up may be required depending on the case
Tooth Urgency is not an emergency service. For severe trauma, uncontrolled pain, facial swelling, or bleeding, call 000 or visit your nearest hospital.
We aim to respond quickly to urgent bookings, but this is subject to dentist availability and is not guaranteed.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Attend scheduled video appointments on time
Not misuse the platform for abusive, fraudulent, or non-clinical purposes
Not record consultations without explicit consent
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Payments must be made upfront via Stripe before the appointment
All fees are shown in AUD and inclusive of GST
If a dentist advises that treatment cannot be provided remotely, a partial or full refund may be offered, subject to review
Refunds may be offered in the following cases:
Cancellation made at least 2 hours in advance
Technical failure on our part preventing consultation
Dentist unavailability at the scheduled time
Refunds are not available for missed appointments, incorrect bookings, or dissatisfaction with clinical outcomes.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This includes:
Secure handling of personal and health data
Use of third-party tools for video and payments (e.g. Zoom, Stripe)
Guardian consent for the collection of minor information
We use external platforms to deliver our service:
Stripe for payment
Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams for video consultation
You acknowledge and accept their terms of use and privacy policies when using our service.
All website content (branding, design, text, graphics) belongs to Tooth Urgency. You may not reproduce or republish our material without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss
We are not responsible for your reliance on advice provided during consultations
Our maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected service
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
